We work with the highest quality cocoa beans, 100% produced in Peru, and the processes they will be submitted to are determined at each stage, from their collection, fermentation, cleaning, and drying. Their quality is the prime key to us as they constitute the raw material of the whole derivative cocoa products and they will be submitted to further processes to obtain cocoa paste (liquor), butter, cake and powder.
